Carolyn Hogan Byrd
Carolyn Hogan Byrd has served as director AFC Enterprises since May 2001.
Ms. Byrd founded GlobalTech Finanacial, LLC, a financial services and consulting company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia and has served as chairman and chief executive officer since May 2001. Ms. Byrd currently serves on the board of directors of Circuit City Stores, Inc.
From 1997 to 2000, Ms. Byrd served as president of The Coca-Cola Financial Corporation, and served in a variety of domestic and international positions with The Coca-Cola Company from 1977 to 1997.
