Chief Quality, Supply Chain and Commercialization Officer, Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen

Alice LeBlancAlice LeBlanc became Chief Quality, Supply Chain and Commercialization Officer at Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen in October 2009. LeBlanc is a 25 year veteran, with extensive experience in global supply chain management, quality assurance and product development, customer service and franchise relations in the foodservice industry.

Prior to joining Popeyes, LeBlanc worked at Papa John’s International as vice president, Global Strategic Supply Chain and Quality Control Center Management. During her tenure at Papa John’s, she streamlined the supply chain function and secured local and regional supply to assist the company in opening restaurants in 25 new countries.

Before joining Papa John’s, LeBlanc worked for the Unified Foodservice Purchasing Co-op (UFPC), beginning in 2005 as vice president, Centralized Purchasing supporting all five Yum! Brand restaurant concepts. From 1998 to 2005, LeBlanc served as vice president and general manager with supply chain and program management responsibility for more than 5,700 corporate and franchised KFC restaurants. From 1996 to 1998 she was vice president and general manager supporting 130 Canadian franchisees.

Prior to joining the UFPC, LeBlanc spent four years at Toronto-based Cara Operations Limited as director of Purchasing, supporting the procurement of all segments of their company including institutional feeding, airline catering and casual dining. And before Cara, she spent seven years at PepsiCo Food Service International in Toronto as director of Purchasing and Technical Services for Pizza Hut and Taco Bell.

LeBlanc sits on the board of directors for Supply Management Services (SMS), the Purchasing Co-op for Popeyes and Cinnabon. She is involved in the National Minority Business Council, and prior to moving to Atlanta, served on the board of the Kentuckiana Minority Business Council from 2005 to 2009.

LeBlanc holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. She is married and has two boys.
