Waivers of the Honor Code
From time to time, AFC® may waive certain provisions of the Honor Code. Waivers for executive officers (including Senior Financial Officers) may be made only by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board and will be appropriately disclosed. Any other employee or officer who believes that a waiver may be appropriate should discuss the matter with the Chief Compliance Officer.
